11/14/2016

Many thanks to our collaborator's at the University of Utah Counseling Center, the University of Washingon, the University of Southern California, the University of California-Irvine, and the University of Chicago for attending the first DEPTH collaborator's meeting. After much effort to receive this R01 from NIH, we are ready to begin work. We are looking forward to the new semester, and our next meeting in April.

Kritzia, Tina, and Zac were able to attend the 50th Annual Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies Conference in New York City this past weekend. Kritzia presented her work on racial disparities in mental health, and our colleague Derek's work about predicting therapy behaviors based on "thin slices" of a session. Tina spoke at a symposium about emotion regulation during therapy, and presented our colleague Brian's work on developing a therapist feedback tool. After the conference there was plenty of food and exploring the City!
