Recent University of Southern California (USC) News Article

A recent article published by USC News highlights research we are conducting with our collaborating labs (at the University of Washington and USC) to understand how psychotherapy works, and develop methods of evaluating therapists. The eventual goal is to provide real time feedback to therapists regarding aspects of their session, such as empathy towards the client, as a means of monitoring and enhancing patient care.

"Great Psychotherapy Debate" Colloquium Talk March 20th

Dr. Bruce Wampold (pictured right), Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Counseling Psychology Program, is giving a colloquium on The Great Psychotherapy Debate, co-authored by Zac. Dr. Wampold will address the national and global context of psychotherapy, and the implications of this book for psychotherapy research. The event will be held at the University of Wisconsin-Madison (Virginia Harrison Parlor, Lathrop Hall, 1050 University Ave,, Madison, WI 53706) on Friday March 20th. Congratulations again to Bruce and Zac, and best of luck at the colloquium!
